Physical Damage RMA Guidelines

  • Contact Ateck customer service department immediately for all physical damage cases. Ateck will expedite your case. We will make sure you have speedy replacement if the physical damage is covered by Ateck.
  • Do not request any RMA on line. This will delay and complicate the process.
  • Do not report physical damage as DOA. This will confuse our service department and delay the process.
  • No matter the physical damage is covered by Ateck or not, our customer service will try our best to obtain the fairest and the fastest replacement or repair from manufacturers in a timely manner.

     

Physical Damage Covered by Ateck RMA
  • Physical damage due to manufacturer's defect of workmanship.
  • Physical damage caused by Ateck delivery. Customer has to report the incident to customer service or sales immediately.
Physical Damage NOT Covered by Ateck RMA
  • Physical damage caused by third party carrier. Customer has to notify our customer service or sales immediately so that we can reship items and report the incident to the carrier.
  • Physical damage due to misuse and mishandling.
